Extremely Low Frequencies
====================================================== The first time I came across the term 'ELF' outside the traditional usage, was in an article which featured an interview with a chap named Nario Hayakawa, who is described in the article header as "a business man and UFO researcher and reigonal director of CIN, a nationwide group consisting of researchers and intelligence analyzers." I knew immediately I was in for a good read as I'd come across Mr Hayakawa before in some publicity information concerning the world's first conspiracy theory conference orgainised by the enigmatic May Seal at Wembley Arena a couple of years ago. CIN's main mission in life is to alert the world public to what they claim is a world-wide conspiracy by a clandestine elite (illuminiti?) to direct world affairs and establish the so called 'New World Order,' or rather, a totalitarian world state; and also to alert the public about alleged experimentation on the part of various governments with UFO's. Another wild, yet interesting conspiracy theory you might think? Well all the classic references are there. Area 51; 'black budgets and projects; Area S-4; all the classic ingredients were there, but what interested me the most was the inclusion of a new one I hadn't come across before, 'ELF' microwave/electromagnetic pulse radiation. During a conversation about Mr Hayakawa's convictions that the time is right in religious and social circles for a fundamental world change, a climate he alleges, that will be exploited by these shadowy spooks manipulating world events, he tells us that a scenario will be concocted to satisfy the belief systems of all the world's major religions. "Presently towers are being built on major highways and freeways across the United States." He tells us. "In LA County and Orange County we see turquoise-coloured antenna towers being built along side the freeways. Under the guise of being relay stations for cellular phone systems, these towers which are under the direction of the DoD, are being set up as some kind of radio frequency emission stations that the US navel station has been researching for the last 30 or 40 years. They have been experimenting with such things as mind control systems using machines that emit Extremely Low Frequency (ELF); in several world wars and in the Persian Gulf War. Using ELF waves directly on a person can cause temporary memory lapses or the person can react to something in an abnormal manner." "If you stand under one of these high tension power lines for several hours," he continues, " you will begin to feel dizzy." Well if I stood under so much as an umbrella for several hours, I'd probably begin to feel dizzy, I thought to myself, still I read on. "The government," he tells us, " is experimenting with this and they now have devices that can be pointed at people and emit these electromagnetic waves. Again it's possible that some of these towers being built have these devices that can emit these ELF waves to people to get them excited or make a person dull. Science had proven that various frequency waves can affect people and make them act in abnormal ways. I believe this is being set up for a world wide mind control system." Finally Mr Haywawaka delivers the sucker punch. The interviewer asks him about Highway 666. "Highway 666," he explains, "is located between the borders of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah. This is the only stretch of highway in the US named 666 and it was built in 1947. Highway 666 runs through one of the most prolific UFO sightings areas in this country. This area, known as the four corners of the US has had UFO sightings since 1947 and it is still on-going today. "Highway 666 is only 100 miles west of Aztec New Mexico, where in 1948 several disk-shaped objects allegedly crashed. Also, Highway 666 is located about 120 miles west of a town called Dulce, New Mexico; where there is an alleged biogenetics laboratory, 95 miles from Los Alamos, and is one of the countries most secret labs concerned with the study of human gnomes (!) The government is conveniently placing these sensitive installations purposely on Indian reservations where people do not go, and this is another conivance on the part of the secret government. '666' is of course, the mark of evil in biblical terms." In conclusion Mr Hayakawa tells us of the Wackenhut Corporation, which , he says is, is located in Coral Gables, Florida and which is responsible for security systems of many of these sensitive installations throughout the United States. The WC is full of former FBI, CIA, NSC and Drug Inforcement agents, both retired and active and are currently primarily concerned with the development of all the security systems for private prisons across the United States. "btw, he adds," in case all the other hints scattered around by the intelligence services hadn't penetrated, "the telephone number at Wackenhut starts with 666 after the area code." For reasons I won't go into here I was more freaked out by the 666 references than I was by the mind control stuff, all the same, I wasn't quite ready to don the tin-foil skull cap just yet. Some time later though, another publication, one which I might add I have utmost respect for, featured the subject of ELF waves once again.
